Celebrating 13 years of Festival2Funky
Festival2Funky 2026 was an unforgettable weekend!
We proudly celebrated 13 years of our annual three-day Black music and arts festival, Festival2Funky.
The festival welcomed around 2,000 people to enjoy an incredible programme of outstanding headline acts, fresh local talent and creative workshops.
Among the big names were the legendary David Rodigan and MOBO nomiees: Donaeo’O and House Gospel Choir.
We had 2 rooms of dance battles, with high energy breakers and the biggest number of young people we’ve ever had enter!
Alfie Sharp gave an amazing, emotional vocal performance as part of OUT on Stage (LGBTQ+ Showcase).
The Some-Antics Poetry Slam was bursting at the seams with talent, as well as a headline performance from Jah Digga! And the Graffiti workshops invited young people to express themselves through vibrant street art.
