FESTIVAL2FUNKY 2024 RECAP
Last year we celebrated 11 years of Festival2Funky from 24-26 May 2024.
It was an amazing weekend with an array of events that embraced black music, arts and culture.
Events included grafitti workshops, live music performances, a break dance competition, poetry slam competition, a family rave, DJ events and an LGBTQIA+ showcase!
We also had a pre-party music event in collaboration with HQ Recordings which featured live music from featured artists as well as open mic opportunities.
Top headlinders included: Natasha Watts, Pressure Busspipe & Tippy I Grade, Lady Leshurr, DJ Day Day, Children of Zeus and The Beatnuts.
Festival2Funky is managed by 2Funky Arts and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
