Join us for a public discussion to launch Letís Play Vinyl: Celebrating the next generation of UK sound systems, with:

  • Mykaell Riley (Chair): Black Music Research Unit & AHRC Bass Culture project, University of Westminster
  • Helene Henry: Mousai Sound System
  • Paul Huxtable: Axis Valv-a-tron Sound System
  • Vijay Mistry: Director of the 2Funky Music Cafť, producer of Spectrum: the History of Black Music in Leicester

Followed by a chance to bring and spin your own reggae vinyl on the Heritage Hifi interactive sound system (Princess Diana Hall, 3pm-6pm)
